Description

3.1
iHatePDF is a PDF reader and document toolkit for reading, scanning, converting, editing, organizing, signing, and protecting files on your iPhone. The App is provided for personal use. Some features (such as PDF to Word) may require an internet connection and a third-party conversion service.

Account

4.1
The App does not require creating an iHatePDF account. Access to your files depends on the permissions and storage locations you choose on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for activity that occurs while the App is unlocked on your phone.

Subscriptions and Payments

5.1
Subscription plans. iHatePDF may offer a free tier and a paid subscription (“Pro”). Prices and benefits are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
5.2
Billing and auto-renewal. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5.3
Cancellation. Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro access continues until then.
5.4
Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Developer has no control over Apple’s refund decisions.
5.5
Subscription changes. The Developer may change pricing or Pro benefits with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period where applicable.

Your Data

6.1
Documents you import or create belong to you. The Developer does not claim ownership of your files. You are responsible for the legality of the documents you process and for respecting others’ privacy and copyrights.
6.2
You may delete files in the App at any time. For more detail on processing and optional cloud conversion, see the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2
The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that conversions and OCR results will be complete or accurate for every file.

Limitation of Liability

9.1
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
